What markets do you operate in?

While our primary operations are centered in the US and UK, our reach extends across Europe and Canada. We focus on high-growth property corridors, scaling our presence based on where we can deliver the strongest market advantages for our partners.

What’s the minimum investment?

A single, leveraged property acquisition typically requires a starting baseline of £50,000 to £75,000 to cover the deposit, closing costs, and renovations. However, our partners typically deploy between £200,000 and £500,000 to build or optimize a multi-property portfolio. We will discuss the most effective use of your capital based on your specific goals during our initial consultation.

How do you make money?

Our fee structure is designed to ensure our interests are fully aligned with yours. We charge a management fee to cover the end-to-end execution of the project, but we prioritize performance-based participation. This means we earn the majority of our upside when we successfully deliver a profit on your investment.

Do I need to visit the property?

No. Many of our investors are in a different country from their assets. You’re always welcome to visit and we can arrange it, but it’s not necessary.

Is this regulated?

We operate as a property investment company rather than a financial advisor. We do not hold your funds. Your capital goes directly toward acquiring the asset in your name. If a specific entity needs to be established for the acquisition, we facilitate that setup to ensure the process is completely seamless.

How is this different from a property agency?

We run the entire investment lifecycle: sourcing, acquisition, renovation, management, and exit. We stay involved from start to finish and earn when the deal works.
